A native of the Detroit area, Dr. Bloch attended Michigan State University and Des Moines University Colege of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Family Medicine residency at Botsford Hospital and a Teaching Fellowship at Michigan State University.

Dr. Bloch believes in using a “tool box” to heal patients. He treats the whole patient and is willing to use a variety of tools, both traditional and holistic to find the right treatment for each patient. Dr. Bloch is skilled in Osteopathic Manipulation, joint injections, all types of skin treatments. Additionally, Dr. Bloch is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Family Medicine at Michigan State University, and is a leading trainer in Family Medicine in the Detroit area for medical students and residents from medical schools and programs all over the country. His reputation has created waiting lists for students trying to get into his training program. Known for his friendly bedside manner, Dr. Bloch has a strong patient following. He has a particular interest in sports medicine, diabetic care and preventative care. Dr. Bloch is married to Rachel Bloch. They are the parents of four busy children. He enjoys movies, theatre and lake life in his spare time.
